RE: “Obama’s Not-So-Hot Date With Wall Street” by Nicholas Confessore (TIMES MAGAZINE, 5/6/12)

If Obama wants to improve his appeal to American voters, he should forget Wall Street and concentrate his attention on Main Street.

It is well known that “the financial world” has been splitting” its donations between the two political parties.”  In exchange for this support, Wall Street expects the particular administration in power, Republican or Democratic, to look after its interests, which are first, last and always PROFITS.

They don’t give a damn about the welfare of the people, the stability of the government or the health of the economy.  Their main concern is the safety of their investments.
